Mô tả công việc

- Monitoring and analyzing market trends, economic conditions, and industry news to provide business insights to management team

- Working closely with CEO and management team in strategic planning associated with fundraising and investor relations

- Assisting in the preparation of business preparations and other fundraising materials, including but not limited to pitch deck, investment memorandum and dataroom

- Coordinating among different departments and business units to prepare monthly and quarterly report to investors

- Proactively engaging with investors and business partners to present company’s update and future plan/strategy

- Other tasks per request by CEO

Yêu cầu công việc

- University graduate, preferably with knowledge of finance and business

- Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing, IELTS 6.0 or equivalent

- Have experience working with foreign partners or working at foreign companies

- Experienced assistant position,

- Active, agile, skillful, good-looking appearance
